Yes there are several great options!

Bayside/Joinville park is just down the street. It has swings, slides & more. There's also a large field and baseball diamond.
If you go a bit further (through the park) you can get to the Bayside trail. This is a long, paved trail that often has walkers and bikers on it. It runs for miles up & down the Bay.
Also just down the street is the Parkside Aquatic Park. It has a beach on the lagoon, a swimming area, play structures, and picnic tables. You can also kayak there from the property!
