We are planning to have a bbq on Saturday. It looks like your place has equipment, but double-checking if we will need to pick anything up like propane tank or charcoal? Any other advice would be welcome.

Answer:
The property is fully BBQ ready! We also have tables, chairs, a cooler & more available upon request.
Here are instructions on how to turn the grill on, manage the smoker, etc.
The property has a built-in BBQ grill. We've got propane + extra spare propane tanks for you. We've also got a high-temp grill mit and grilling spatula / tongs.
We've also got a pellet-fired smoker and an Ooni 16" pizza oven (also propane-fired) in case you'd like to make your own pizzas. Here are a few pictures for you!
